Energi Bike 12-Month Warranty
At Energi Bike, we stand by the quality of our electric bikes and scooters. That’s why all our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects for the original owner.
Who’s Covered
Direct Purchases: If you bought your product directly from Energi Bike, we’ve got you covered for any quality-related issues.
Authorized Retailers: If you purchased through one of our authorized distributors or retailers (like Walmart or Amazon), please note that warranty claims need to be handled by them, not directly by us.
Battery Warranty
Duration: Batteries are covered for 12 months.
Normal Wear: It’s normal for battery capacity to diminish over time and this is not covered by the warranty.
Damage: If the battery damage is due to human error, it’s not covered. But if the damage is not caused by human error, it will be covered.
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse or human error.
Battery capacity loss due to normal wear and tear.
How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@energibike.shop. Please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos of the damaged product
- Before filing a claim, it’s a good idea to reach out to us at support@energibike.shop as there might be a simple fix for your issue.
- Claims must be made within 12 months of the initial purchase.
Note: We need to see photos or videos of the damaged product before we can replace any parts.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at support@energibike.shop within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos or videos of the damage.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Energi Bike isn’t liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages that arise from warranty claims. This includes loss of profits or data. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
